I. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy governs how users may interact with the MedSpa Recruiting platform. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
II. General Use Requirements
All users must:
- Use the platform only for its intended purpose — connecting medical aesthetics professionals with employers
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain the security of their account credentials
III. Prohibited Activities
A. Fraudulent Activity
- Creating fake profiles or job postings
- Misrepresenting professional credentials or licenses
- Impersonating another person or organization
B. Harassment and Discrimination
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Discriminating based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Making offensive or inappropriate communications
C. Unauthorized Access
- Attempting to access accounts or data without authorization
- Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data
- Bypassing security measures or rate limiting
D. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Sending unsolicited messages or spam to other users
- Using the platform to promote unrelated products or services
E. Malicious Content
- Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Distributing content that could damage the platform or other users
F. Circumventing Fees
- Attempting to use the platform's services without paying applicable fees
- Sharing account access with unauthorized users
G. Intellectual Property Violations
- Copying or reproducing platform content without permission
- Uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
H. Privacy Violations
- Sharing other users' personal information without consent
- Using candidate data for purposes other than legitimate hiring
I. Illegal Activity
- Using the platform to facilitate any illegal activity
- Violating export control or sanctions laws
IV. Professional Conduct Standards
Medical aesthetics is a licensed profession. All users are expected to maintain professional standards:
- Candidates must hold current, valid licenses for their stated specialty
- Employers must only post positions that comply with applicable licensing requirements
- All communications must remain professional and respectful
- Users must not provide medical advice through the platform
V. HIPAA Compliance
Users must not share Protected Health Information (PHI) through the platform. The MedSpa Recruiting platform is not a HIPAA-covered entity and is not designed to transmit PHI. Do not include patient information in any job postings, messages, or profile content.
VI. Medical License Verification
We may periodically verify professional licenses using state licensing board databases. Providing false license information is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities.
VII. Reporting Violations
If you observe violations of this policy, please report them to [email protected]. Include:
- Description of the violation
- Username or profile of the violating user (if applicable)
- Screenshots or other evidence
We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
VIII. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning or temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Removal of content
- Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Legal action
We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations.
IX. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
