Acceptable Use Policy
I. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the acceptable use of MedSpa Recruiting's platform and services. This policy protects MedSpa Recruiting, our users, and the broader Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, and illegal activities.
Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services, and we may report violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
II. General Use Requirements
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with:

- Our Terms of Service
- Our Privacy Policy
- All applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations
III. Prohibited Activities
A. Illegal Activities
You may not use our platform to:
- Engage in any illegal activity or promote illegal activities
- Violate any federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Transmit or distribute content that violates any law
- Engage in identity theft or fraud
- Access or attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others
B. Harmful or Offensive Content
You may not post, upload, or transmit content that:
- Is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy
- Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence against individuals or groups
- Contains sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material
- Exploits or harms minors in any way
- Promotes self-harm or suicide
- Contains graphic violence or gore
C. Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices
You may not:
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information about your identity, credentials, or qualifications
- Misrepresent your professional licenses, certifications, or experience
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Create fake or duplicate accounts
- Engage in any form of fraud, scam, or deceptive practice
- Post fake job listings or opportunities
D. Security and System Integrity
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or user accounts
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks
- Breach or circumvent security or authentication measures
- Access data not intended for you or logging into an account you are not authorized to access
- Interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including denial-of-service attacks
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers without explicit permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our platform
- Transmit viruses, malware, Trojans, worms, or other malicious code
E. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You may not:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or chain letters
- Use our platform to harvest email addresses or other contact information
- Send automated messages without consent
- Engage in any form of spamming, including posting repetitive content
- Use our platform for email bombing or list linking
F. Privacy Violations
You may not:
- Share protected health information (PHI) or patient data on our platform
- Discuss specific patient cases or medical records
- Disclose another user's personal information without consent
- Share confidential business information without authorization
- Violate HIPAA regulations by transmitting PHI through our platform
- Screenshot or share private conversations without consent
G. Intellectual Property Violations
You may not:
- Upload content you do not have the right to share
- Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
- Use another company's branding, logos, or materials without permission
- Copy or reproduce our platform's content, design, or features
- Remove or modify copyright notices or watermarks
H. Employment Law Violations
Employers may not:
- Discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic
- Post job listings that violate equal employment opportunity laws
- Request illegal information during the hiring process (e.g., age, marital status, pregnancy status)
- Require candidates to waive legal rights as a condition of employment
- Misclassify employees as independent contractors
- Violate wage and hour laws or minimum wage requirements
I. Abuse of Platform Features
You may not:
- Manipulate our matching algorithm or gaming the system
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Use the platform for purposes other than legitimate job seeking or recruiting
- Excessively contact other users after being asked to stop
- Abuse our reporting or support systems
- Attempt to conduct transactions outside our platform to avoid fees
IV. Professional Conduct Standards
For Candidates
Medical aesthetic professionals must:
- Maintain active, valid professional licenses in good standing
- Disclose any disciplinary actions, sanctions, or license restrictions
- Report any malpractice claims or legal proceedings
- Honor non-compete agreements and employment contracts
- Conduct themselves according to professional medical ethics standards
- Never discuss patient information or specific cases
For Employers
Medical spas and aesthetic clinics must:
- Verify all candidate licenses and credentials independently
- Comply with all healthcare regulations and medical board requirements
- Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance
- Follow OSHA workplace safety requirements
- Ensure proper medical director oversight where required by state law
- Comply with HIPAA and patient privacy regulations
V. HIPAA Compliance
Critical Notice: MedSpa Recruiting is NOT a HIPAA-covered entity. Our platform is NOT designed for transmitting, storing, or handling protected health information (PHI).
- Never share patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or any PHI
- Never discuss specific patient cases or treatment details
- Never upload documents containing PHI
- Employers are solely responsible for HIPAA compliance in their operations
- Any PHI shared on our platform is a violation of this AUP and HIPAA regulations
VI. Medical License Verification
Disclaimer: MedSpa Recruiting does NOT verify medical licenses, certifications, or credentials. Employers MUST independently verify all licenses through state medical boards.
- Candidates: You are responsible for maintaining current licenses
- Employers: You must verify licenses before making hiring decisions
- False representation of licenses is a violation of this AUP and may be illegal
VII. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately:

- Include: User account, description of violation, date/time, and any supporting evidence
VIII. Enforcement
Investigation
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. This may include:
- Reviewing user accounts and content
- Analyzing system logs and activity
- Contacting users for additional information
- Cooperating with law enforcement as required
Consequences of Violations
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may receive a warning
- Content Removal: Violating content will be removed
- Account Suspension: Temporary restriction of account access
- Account Termination: Permanent ban from the platform
- Legal Action: We may pursue legal remedies for serious violations
- Law Enforcement Notification: Illegal activities will be reported to authorities
No Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from enforcement actions taken in accordance with this AUP. We have no obligation to monitor user content but reserve the right to do so.
IX. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:
- Email notification to registered users
- Prominent notice on our platform
- Updated "Effective Date" at the top of this policy
Your continued use of our platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
